The HIOKI BT3554-51 Portable Battery Tester is a comprehensive testing solution, combining the BT3554-50 instrument with the 9465-10 Straight Pin Type Lead. This advanced portable battery tester is ideal for quick, reliable testing of lead-acid batteries and other types of batteries in a wide range of applications. The BT3554-51 supports two voltage ranges (6V and 60V) and four resistance ranges (3 mΩ to 3 Ω), ensuring compatibility with various battery sizes and capacities.
With a measurement speed of less than 2 seconds, this portable tester is perfect for fast testing in tight or hard-to-reach areas. The built-in noise reduction technology ensures accurate measurements, even in environments with electrical interference. The integrated comparator function (PASS, WARNING, FAIL) allows instant evaluation of the battery’s condition, based on user-defined thresholds.
The BT3554-51 is designed for field use and comes equipped with features that enhance data management. It can store up to 6000 measurement records in its internal memory. When paired with the optional Z3210 Bluetooth adapter, data can be wirelessly transferred to a smartphone or tablet using the free GENNECT Cross app for real-time analysis, report generation, and transfer of pass/fail profiles.
The USB interface makes it easy to connect the tester to a PC for convenient data management, and the GENNECT One Windows software allows full control of the device, with direct export of measurement values to an Excel sheet.
